FULL MOON NATURE AND CULINARY RETREAT IN SOUTH CAROLINA'S LOW-COUNTRY - June 24, 25, 26, 27, 2010 COST: $695
You are invited to a spectacular Retreat get-away at beautiful Palm Key Island. This destination offers kayaking excursions, wine tasting, birding, hiking and yoga. Nutritious meals and wines with local flare will be provided. Your Retreat vacation includes kayak rentals and guides, wine tasting, retreat activities such as yoga, hiking, journaling, four nights' double-occupancy accommodations and all meals except one during our off-property excursion. MEDITATION SESSION - $10 Monday, March 15, 6 to 7:30 p.m.
Meditation can be a simple way to relieve stress, find peace within your chaotic world and have a better night's sleep. In this session we will explore the breath with some light yoga stretches and meditation techniques.
